What we collect
When you create a SILO account, Neon Auth processes your email, name, credentials, and session information. We store your account identifier, waitlist status, and your separate choice about news emails. Your photo archive stays on your devices.
How we use it
Your email is used for account security and your early access request. Product news requires separate consent. Cloudflare hosts the website and Neon provides authentication and database storage. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Account and waitlist data is stored in Neon Postgres in Frankfurt. Existing waitlist emails are retained separately during migration; they do not create verified accounts or grant access.
Data retention
We retain your email until you request deletion or until SILO discontinues the waitlist program. You can request deletion at any time by emailing artem@artemkryv.com.
